Hi there — we’re Stacia and Larry Morand, your hosts and the proud owners of Over the Mountain Cabin Rentals. In 2018, we took an anniversary trip to the Smoky Mountains that changed everything. The natural beauty and peacefulness of the area completely won us over.
That trip inspired us to create a space where others could experience the same kind of escape — and Over the Mountain Cabin Rentals was born. We hope you’ll fall in love with the Smokies just like we did.

Our mission is simple: to provide a welcoming, comfortable home base for your Smoky Mountain getaway. We want our cabins to be the place your family returns to year after year — building memories, traditions, and that deep sigh of relaxation that only comes with a true escape.
